Completely rebuilt and refurbished , the immaculate, self-contained & award winning Seaview Beach Houses allow you to completely relax on your next family holiday, last-minute getaway, golfing weekend or fishing trip. Boasting a central location, 250 metres from the harbour and Fishermen's Wharf complex with its fresh seafood outlet, cafes, restaurants and popular gelati clinic you may find little use for your car. Also closeby is the main beach and family friendly Bermagui Hotel at Horseshoe Bay (900m) Bermagui River (500m),and Country Club for golf, tennis, bowls and entertainment (550m).

Seaview has always been one of the best spots in town and is now also one of the most well-appointed. With all modern conveniences, the 2 bedroom accommodation is fully self-contained and guests also have the use of the communal, undercover BBQ.

Seaview 5 is a two bedroom duplex with an open alcove and sleeps 6.

Bedroom Details:

Bedroom 1- Queen size bed, bedside drawers and reading lights, hanging space

Bedroom 2- Single beds x 2, bedside drawers and reading lights, hanging space

Alcove - 1 x set of bunks (1 up, 1 down)

Linen: Supplied. You will need to bring beach towels if required.

Living Room: Open plan with modular lounge seats 5, coffee table and Smart TV.

Dining Room: Table and 6 chairs

Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop with 2 hotplates, electric frypan, toaster and kettle

Internet/WiFi access: This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and password details will be provided upon arrival and at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, therefore, please have a back-up plan

Bathroom: Shower, vanity unit, shared laundry space. Separate toilet with handbasin

Laundry: In bathroom, top loading washing machine, laundry tub, iron and ironing board.

Fair place to stay

Upon arrival we looked inside Seaview Beach House 5 and we noticed there was a LOT of dust on kitchen table, top of kitchen cupboards, on all the little tables, in the main bedroom there was a false eyelash left on the clothes hanger and LOTS of dust on the bedroom ceiling fans. The shower floor is VERY slippery and dangerous and the hot water for the shower only lasts 30 seconds to 1 minute. The microwave needs a good clean inside it or it needs replacing. Hole in wall in main bedroom.

There was alot of dust underneath the beds very thick and previous guests soxs there is a small hole behind the main b/room wall behind door and the kettle inside is filthy very yellow a little bit of vinegar when boil can clean it up like new
