Completely rebuilt and refurbished , the immaculate, self-contained & award winning Seaview Beach Houses allow you to completely relax on your next family holiday, last-minute getaway, golfing weekend or fishing trip. Boasting a central location, 250 metres from the harbour and Fishermen's Wharf complex with its fresh seafood outlet, cafes, restaurants and popular gelati clinic you may find little use for your car. Also close by is the main beach and family friendly Bermagui Hotel at Horseshoe Bay (900m), Bermagui River (500m) and Country Club for golf, tennis, bowls and entertainment (550m).

Seaview has always been one of the best spots in town and is now also one of the most well-appointed. With all modern conveniences, the 2 bedroom accommodation is fully self-contained and guests also have the use of the communal, undercover BBQ.

Seaview 3 is a two bedroom duplex and sleeps 4.

Bedroom 1- Queen size bed, bedside drawers and reading lights, hanging space

Bedroom 2- Single beds x 2, bedside drawers and reading lights, hanging space

Linen: Supplied. You will need to bring beach towels if required.

Living Room: Open plan with modular lounge seats 5, coffee table and Smart TV.

Dining Room: Table and 6 chairs

Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop with 2 hotplates, electric frypan, toaster and kettle

Internet/WiFi access: This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and password details will be provided upon arrival and at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, therefore, please have a back-up plan

Bathroom: Shower, vanity unit, shared laundry space. Separate toilet with handbasin

Laundry: In bathroom, top loading washing machine, laundry tub, iron and ironing board.
User-Pay Commercial Clothes Dryer located in the common area, available for guest use.

Our stay at the house in Bermagui was excellent. Location was fantastic, easy walks to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The house was very comfortable with an updated kitchen and good views.

Bermagui is a beautiful spot and the Beach Houses are in the perfect location to explore the area. Distance to beaches, shops and restaurants with a lovely view right outside make this a beautiful getaway

Awesome location, great views to the river and beach beyond. On the main thoroughfare but very quiet at night. Clean and tidy, perfect size for three adults or two adults and two younger children. Simple layout but with all the simple fittings perfect for a beach holiday. Off street parking and outdoor kitchen well received. Local Magpie gave us a friendly welcome in exchange for a few morsels
