Stroll across the road for a walk in the parklands and to enjoy a leisurely swim or fish in the pristine waters of the Bermagui River (300m from your front door). Main beach at Horseshoe Bay is only 1.3km away and after a refreshing swim you'll be ready to hop across the road and enjoy lunch at the recently refurbished Bermagui Hotel.

There are six units in the modern private complex which also has a good sized communal salt water pool. Over two levels this inviting and well- appointed property boasts balconies on both levels that overlook the pool and your small private backyard. With a northerly aspect you'll enjoy cooling breezes in summer and sun drenched rooms in winter. What are you waiting for?

Internet/Wi-Fi access - This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and password details will be provided upon arrival at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, therefore, please have a back-up plan.

Laundry: Upstairs and has top loading washing machine, laundry tub and clothes dryer. Clothesline is available in garden patio area downstairs.

Heating/Cooling: Split cycle air-conditioning in upstairs living area. There are heaters in each of the bedrooms.

Loved everything but the beds

Modern, clean and roomy townhouse. VIew is better than shown in the photographs. Quiet location. Well stocked with pantry essentials, kitchen and cooking items. A/C is great in living area, but would be nice to have ceiling fans in bedrooms. But unfortunately, the beds have very basic mattresses that are hard and uncomfortable and this made it difficult to sleep. So we will not be able to return to this property, unless they upgrade the beds. Would have been 5 stars if beds were comfortable.
