With large wrap-around verandahs, you can enjoy the views looking towards the South, the Harbour & park to the north with your morning coffee or watch the sun go down over the golf course and distance mountain range with an afternoon beverage. After a busy day on the golf course you can BBQ and relax, or take an easy stroll into town for dinner. The choice is yours.

If you want room to move without substituting quality, this holiday home is ideal for you!

Upstairs: Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove/ electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle. Large breakfast bar with 4 stools

Downstairs: Inc dishwasher, gas stove/ electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle.

Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and password details will be provided in your arrival letter. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. Therefore, if important, please have a back-up plan.

Parking: 2 car parking on driveway, easy on street parking also available. Garage is not available for guest use.

We love Bermagui and come every year. The last few years we have stayed at horseshoe and it is fabulous. The transfer from Julie Rutherford to Butterfield was seamless.

Horseshoe Bay House is the ideal location for a larger group in Bermagui. We were a family of 10. With the 2 living areas we could be together when we wanted and apart when required. The house is very well appointed. The location is great - short walk to all amenities. We will be back.

This property was perfect for a family gathering to celebrate a 60th birthday. Although the ground and first levels can be used as fully independent living spaces the generous lounge/dining/ kitchen space with slow combustion fire on the upper level provides the perfect space for eight adults to hang out. The 270 degree deck provides a great view of Bermagui and the large barbecue provides another space for entertaining. Only a short walk to cafes and restaurants.
