Go for an early morning swim, take the dog for a walk or head to Camel Rock Beach for a surf. This well equipped holiday home is in an ideal spot for families large and small to enjoy the local area. The comfortable home with updated kitchen offers open plan living in a relaxed quiet streetscape with a short stroll (300m) to a small reserve & children's swingson the banks ofthe beautiful Murunna Lagoon & on to the beach.

With three bedrooms and all linen supplied, it is the perfect place to unwind for a carefree holiday

Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed & Built in wardobes and bedside tables - upstairs

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed with built in wardrobes and bedside tables- upstairs

Bedroom 3 - 2 x sets Bunks, sofa bed (suits 1 adult or 2 small children) includes games area with Dart Board, chalk board and Multi Games table - including Foosball, mini pool & air hockey - located downstairs

Porta Cot supplied, however please bring your own sheets, blanket etc.

Linen: Supplied - just bring your beach towels. (Except for porta cot, please bring your own cot sheets/blankets).

Bathroom: Upstairs - Shower, bath, vanity with separate toilet

Downstairs - Shower , vanity with separate toilet

Lounge Room: Open plan living with 1 x 3 seater lounge & 4 tub chairs. Flat screen TV with inbuilt DVD player

Kitchen/Dining: Open plan with dining table & 8chairs. Fully equipped kitchen inc Stove/ oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. Aldi Pod coffee machine, suits Aldi pods only.

Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

Laundry: Downstairs, includes washing machine, iron, ironing board.

** Games room: Downstairs with Dart Board, chalk board and Multi Games table - including Foosball, mini pool & air hockey.

Heating/Cooling: Electric Heater and Pedestal Fans provided

Pets : Pets welcome - outside only. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Parking: Ample for 2 cars +, also parking available at the kerb

Boat Parking: Suitable for 1 large or 2 smaller boats

Outdoor: Gas BBQ, outdoor table, chairs and lounge on front balcony.

Standard Booking Fee: $55.00 per booking non-refundable

Security bond applies: Guest Registration Form must be completed & returned to office prior to arrival

The Country Club offers a courtesy bus run between the club and Wallaga Lake - check with them for details and enjoy a night out without the car

We have stayed at the property several times now. Lovely clean and inviting. We come down for 10days for the Bermagui dogshows and bring our dogs in trailers. The yard allows them to stretch their legs and the lake down the road is a great place to swim them. The property is regularly maintained and allows our group of friends to sleep comfortably. The dog show people are said the bring the rain and our last visit was very welcomed. The only downfall was their is no dryer. We did survive! Think we left a few bottles of wine in the fridge! Hope the cleaner enjoyed them. See you next year!
