Located directly across the road from Fishermen's Wharf this lovely two bedroom duplex has a great outlook with views straight up the harbour. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday and close to all the delights of Bermagui's beaches, harbour, fishing, restaurants and cafes- an easy flat walk of 650 metres to main street attractions. If you're bringing your fishing gear rear lane access provides off street parking for your small boat.

Bedroom 1- Queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built- in wardrobe

Bedroom 2 - Single beds x 2, built-in wardrobe

Linen: Not supplied. Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied. You will need to bring sheets, pillowcases, bath & hand towels, bathmat etc. Alternatively local linen hire can be arranged if desired. Please contact office for details.

Bathroom: Shower, vanity unit, toilet and includes laundry- washing machine and sink in alcove.

Lounge Room: Lounges- 2 seater x 2, TV, DVD player, coffee table

Kitchen : Upright electric stove, microwave, dishwasher

Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

Dining: Setting for 4

Laundry: Top loader washing machine (in bathroom)

Heating/Cooling: Column & electric fan heater, portable fan

Pets : Contact office to discuss. N.B. Property is on main road and is not dog secure.

Parking: Rear lane access via Tuross Lane. See photos to see width/turning circle and determine if suitable for your boat. Space for one car and one small boat. No access to garage.

Outdoor: Small fenced rear yard with clothesline, Gas BBQ at back door.

Accommodation Type: Self contained, not serviced - Please note this is a duplex & a permanent resident lives in the adjoining unit.

We stayed a week and wish we could have stayed longer. Three of those days we spent "working from home" and it is a fabulous location for just that. House was in great condition and spotlessly clean and well equipped. So easy to walk to all the best Bermy has to offer!
