Older style home in central location just 650m drive or walk to the main shopping strip, beaches and cafes and only a stones throw to the local Country Club (260m) and Fishermen's Wharf (100m). A perfect getaway for a long weekend or an extended stay offering budget accommodation that suits families or small fishing groups.
Bedroom 1- 1 x Double Bed with wardrobe and dressing table
Bedroom 2 - 2 x sets Bunks plus 1 x single bed with wardrobe
Linen: Doonas, pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are provided. You will need to bring your own bed linen, bath and hand towels, bath mats. Alternatively local linen hire can be arranged if desired. Please contact the office for details.
Bathroom: Shower over bath with vanity
Toilet: External access via undercover verandah
Lounge Room : Separate carpeted lounge room, 1 x 3 seater & 1 x 2 seater lounge , coffee table, TV
Kitchen/Dining: Combined kitchen and dining room. Kitchen has upright stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. Dining table with 6 chairs.
Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
Laundry: External access from back of house includes washing machine, iron, ironing board
Heating/Cooling: 2 column heaters provided and 1 pedestal fan
Pets: Pets welcome - outside only. Yard fenced - see photos for height and type of fencing. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately.
Parking: Rear lane access via Tuross Lane, off street parking for 3 cars and 2 Boats (with limited access due to gate entrance off laneway). See photos to determine if suitable for your boat.
Outdoor: Front porch with table and occasional chairs and views across Bermagui harbour. Small kettle Bbq is provided.

This property is the perfect location for exploring Bermagui and its surrounds. It is also great for pets with the property well fenced and plenty of room - although no pets inside. So if you don't mind a very basic accommodation with outside toilet and laundry (great beds though!), then this will be perfect for you. We will definitely stay here again!

Have stayed 4 times and never tire of the view. An old house with character, it's so relaxing to sit on the huge veranda and watch the constant activity around the harbour and the sunsets over the water. The agents are great to deal with and we look forward to staying there again. Highly recommended.

Awesome view across the marina and plenty of parking for large trailer boats (2 boats 6m and could of fitted 2 more if needed) the real estate were easy to deal with making this a hassle free stay. House was old but comfortable. Would happily stay here again.
