Centrally located you'll appreciate easy access tothe Blue Pool (550m),and to shops, cafes and restaurants just a kilometer from your front door. Well set up for outdoor entertaining this property offers a relaxed getaway for the whole family. Having a fully enclosed interesting backyard, a covered back verandah, and located across the road from dog-friendly, off leash Beare's Beach, means your family pet is also well catered for.

Parking: Single garage with remote. Additional space on driveway for car or boat.

Outdoor: Sunny front deck in the morning. Covered area at rear with electric BBQ and setting for 12. Additional table and chairs for 6 in garden courtyard.

Fantastic location close to beach and short walk to town. Bermagui is such a special place beautiful beach and welcoming town with lots of great shops cafes and restaurants. We loved the house very comfortable and lots of space indoor and out. Will definitely visit again.
