N.B. This townhouse shares common wall with Unit 1. Please be considerate of neighbours after 10pm, particularly with activities in lounge room including loud television and DVD use. **

Centre of town and walk to everything
Max Harris - 16th October 2022It was surprising how much room there was in the unit and there are only two units so it's quiet. This is so well located with Woolworths within 100m and then only a short walk to all the coffee places to visit. The unit is well set up with a solid guard for the steps to keep tiny ones safe. There is room to spread out in the living areas so when wet weather arrived 2 and 5 year olds had room to play. Everything works well in the kitchen so making meals. Full laundry. Great value.

Jim Caughey - 19th May 2022A well presented unit with lots of room and equipment you need. Two lounge rooms with TV’s. Two modern bathrooms, one with a bath. Perfect for families. Walking distance to the clubs, restaurants, hotels, cafes, wharf and shops. We were an extended family from kids to grandparents and had a great weekend in this lovely unit. Thank you.

Owners have done a great job with renovations with the bottom half and both bathrooms updated. Upstairs is yet to be completed and will be fantastic if it is done in the same fashion as downstairs.
