Soak up the summer sun with a book or enjoy a platter with a glass of wine at dusk, taking in the views from the front deck. Or enjoy the large back deck and spacious yard. Fantastic central location, walk to harbour (600m), shops (1km) and town beach and hotel (1.3km) . Golfers can be on the golf course in minutes by buggy or foot if you take the short-cut- see location map.

The house was ideal and had renovated bathroom/laundry, new beds and lovely linen. It was clean, bright and had a fantastic kitchen with everything we needed! We sat outside in the sun on the deck and it was comfortable and we would return.

We spent a glorious week at 20 Golf Rd Bermagui. Loads of room for a big group. Great place to stay with everything you need. Views to die for and so close to everything. Do yourself a favour and get onto Julie Rutherford Real Estate. Great service there too.

Great house, awesome location

The view from the living room is breathtaking, deep blue ocean on a lush green hillside background. The house is clean and full of natural light. Town and two amazing beaches are a short walk away. All the appliances are new. The place is also huge, with plenty of room to lounge around after a long day at the beach, from the front porch, to the living room (both with the view), to the private backyard fire pit. I cant recommend this place highly enough.
