Take a level walk into town (1.4km to main street), to take advantage of all that Bermagui has to offer including beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants and the Country Club ( 1km) . Plus a large open, secure yard with plenty of room for your boat and the ability to launch opposite makes this your ideal home away from home. Portacot, high chair and spare single fold out bed are also available.
Bedroom 1 - King bed, ensuite, ceiling fan, chest of drawers (additional single fold out bed also available)
Bedroom 2 - Double bed, bunk beds, ceiling fan, chest of drawers
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed (raised - step up to bed)
Note - portacot and fold out bed available for children if required. BYO linen. High chair stored in laundry for guest use
Linen: Supplied (except portacot/fold out bed - BYO linen) - just bring your beach towels.
Bathroom: Shower, vanity, toilet
Ensuite: Shower, toilet and vanity
Lounge Room: Open plan living with fireplace and sliding doors opening to deck, 3 seater lounge, 2 singles chairs, large wall mounted TV, bluetooth speakers
Dining Room: Table and 4 chairs
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, 6 burner gas cooktop and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle.
Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
Laundry: Top loading washing machine, iron, ironing board
Heating/Cooling: Ceiling fans in bedrooms, fireplace and electric heaters. Firewood supplied- small pile in house and morestored in wood shed at rear of property.
Parking: Off street parking for 2+ cars, parking for 2+ boats. No access to garage .
Outdoor: Outdoor setting with 6 chairs, gas bbq, external taps and powerpoints and flood lights
Accomodation Type : Self contained - not serviced.
Pets : Pets welcome - outside only. Fully fenced. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately.

We used the porta cot and fold out bed so had a full house and was great! Cute quirky features in the house, cosy with the fireplace and great enclosed yard for kids and dog to run around. Beautiful view too! Agent very accommodating as well.

Cute little place on the water needs some work little tired no hot water at the end of the trip so we left early no TV for a few nights which normally we wouldn’t worry but it was wet and not much else to do and with kids it’s hard to entertain. The house is comfortable beds etc. towels could do with an upgrade. As well as the outdoor furniture (broken chairs) fire alarm went off two nights for no particular reason (no one was cooking) If you love fishing this place is perfect across the rod from the boat ramp and next door from the tackle shop

This property was everything we'd hoped it would be - spotlessly clean, uniquely appointed, a cozy fire for the winter air, super comfy (especially the bed) and enough enclosed space for our Groodle puppy. It was perfectly located - we watched the fisherman head out for their daily catch each morning and its just a 10 minute walk to the shops and main beach. Thank you Julie Rutherford and team for your excellent communication and assistance. We'd definitely stay again....and will bring friends next time!
