Centrally located and accommodating up to 11 people, this spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large covered outdoor area is an ideal holiday house for family gatherings, fishing trips or dog lovers. Plenty of room for the boat with a large garage, room for the pets with a large fully enclosed backyard & short distances to shops, cafes & Horseshoe Bay (600m) Beares Beach (450m)and the Blue Pool (350m).

Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1 - King bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, free-standing wardrobe, dressing table & ensuite.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with bedside tables, wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - 1x sets of bunks, 1 x single bed and 1x double bed. Set of drawers, storage cupboard, small table & bedside light.

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, 2 x bedside tables with lamps, set of drawers.

Linen: Doonas/blankets and pillows are provided for all beds. Sheets & pillowcases are provided for king bed only. You will need to bring sheets & pillowcases for other beds, along with bath towels, hand towels and bath mats etc.

Bathrooms x 3 / Toilets x 2:

King bedroom ensuite: shower, vanity unit & toilet.

Main bathroom: Shower over bath & vanity.

Shower room in laundry and separate toilet.

Lounge Room: Open plan living with 2 x 2 seater lounge, 1 single chairs. Wall mounted smart Tv.

Kitchen/Dining: Open plan with dining table & 6 chairs. Fully equipped newly renovated kitchen inc dishwasher, upright stove/ oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle.

Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

Laundry: Located in third bathroom and has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Heating/Cooling: Wood fireplace. Wood supplied in shed.

Pets: Pets welcome - outside only. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately. Large fenced yard and undercover shelter on back patio or in garages. (See photos for fence heights).

Parking: 2 - 4 cars spaces on street

Boat Parking: Suitable for large boats.

Outdoor: Gas BBQ in rear covered outdoor area, outdoor table with 6 chairs and cane lounge suite seats 4.

Suitability: Ideal for large families and groups. Pet friendly outside only.

This was the perfect weekend getaway home. Amazing location, with everything you need within walking distance, including the Blue Pool. The house was large with more than enough space for the whole family. We took advantage of the dog friendly yard. Highly recommend.

Hi Guys, Thank you for a great weekend. We had a great time even thought he weather was not favourable for us. We had 2 issues. 1. The dishwasher would trip the metre half way through the wash. 2. The pill we made mention on the questionnaire form and left in a soup box on the fridge as mentioned on the form. We had an awesome time with the family in Bermagui,despite the bushfires and that we had to evacuate the house and head to the surf club for a town meeting, Julie Rutherford looked after us by giving us an extra couple of days until it was safe for us to head back home. We only stayed the one day as the road to home was opened. We love Bermagui and it's people, if you're looking for a holiday home for your family, give Julie Rutherford and there team a call they will surely look after you. Cheers guys we'll be back.

What a wonderful trip down memory lane! We used to stay here as kids. A great location, close to everything. We loved rambling on the beach with our kids. We will definitely be back.
