Enjoy a beach holiday in a beautiful bush setting. Relax amongst spotted gums, whilst listening to the distant crash of waves. The secluded Barragga Bay beach is a short walk away (400m) via a bush track.
Curl up on the lounge with a good book or watch a DVD by the slow combustion fireplace or sit out on the deck and enjoy the coastal bush view. Ideally suited for those wanting peace and quiet, yet still only a 7-minute drive to Bermagui. Cuttagee Beach and Lake are only 1km & 1.5km away respectively and the location is part of the Bermagui-Tathra Art Trail.

Kitchen/Dining: Open plan space with dining table & 4 chairs plus one armchair. Fully equipped kitchen inc Stove/ oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle
Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay.
Laundry: Is located in bathroom, includes washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.
Heating/Cooling: Combustion wood heater, wood supplied and stored in storage area in yard.
Pets: Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.
Parking: Suitable for 2 car spaces, gravel driveway. Not suitable for boats.
Outdoor: Gas BBQ on balcony overlooking bush, outdoor table with 4 chairs. Fire pit in the front garden.
Water: Property is on tank water, please conserve where possible. It is recommended that you bring your own drinking water or water filter as the tap water can sometimes have a taste and colour of tannin. There is a Bio-Septic Sewage system, please do not put anything organic in the toilets other than toilet paper.

James B - 14th May 2024We have stayed at 11 Burrawong Place on numerous occasions, but it is no longer value for money. The daily tariff (off peak) has increased by a huge 40% since we last stayed in 2022. The booking fee also has increased by almost 30%. There has been no improvement in the standard of facilities. The bathroom has always been less than adequate. Ventilation is poor: installation of an exhaust fan is essential. The shower over a small bath is inconvenient and awkward to the point of being hazardous.

The house is in a great location and if it wasn’t for the water I would recommend it any time. I hope you can address and fix this problem as it’s been going on for a few years.
Attention to detail needed
ROB STANTON - 14th April 2022Comfortable cabin in a peaceful spot. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained all week. (a cover over the balcony and BBQ would have been nice) However, BBQ- the auto ignition didn't work, had to find some matches and remove hot plate, the grill was dirty and rusty. Firewood supply was very low and all the wood was wet, part buried in the dirt (mud). No kindling supplied. Fireplace had not been cleaned for a while. These were minor details that detracted from our stay.

Cottage under canopy of trees
Tim Harricks - 7th December 2021As we usually stay in Airbnbs the comparison of this property is unfavourable. The ugly caravan, the unsorted delivery of wood makes the arrival area very uninviting. The wardrobe in main bedroom is impossible to access as crashes with bedside table. Very poor lighting in sitting/dining room. However we love the location, the design of the house, the bush walk to the amazingly uninhabitted beach and we focus on the positives.

The house is great for two people, a bit too much furniture and beware the mosquitoes! Take your own coils/Rid/zappers.
