Centrally located this home is easy walking distance of many of Bermagui’s famous attractions such as The Blue Pools & Beares Beach (700m), Horseshoe Bay Beach (450m), Bermagui Country Club and golf course (600m) and The Fisherman’s Co-Op (1km). The main street, with it’s boutique shops and restaurants are an easy 300m away.

Featuring comfortable sized bedrooms and living areas with modern amenities – this airy and tidy property is a haven for relaxation and enjoyment - ready for you to escape to after a long day of golf, a leisurely lunch or enjoying the array of perfect beaches.

Bedroom 1: King bed, bedside tables, tallboy drawers, walk-in robe and ensuite.

Bedroom 2: Single beds x 2, bedside table and lights, built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, bedside tables and lights, built in wardrobe

Linen: Supplied. Just bring your beach towels!

Bathrooms: Ensuite with shower plus full bathroom with shower, bath and vanity and additional toilet off the laundry.

Living Room: Open plan with dining – large lounge, TV, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the entire home, dining table with 6 chairs.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, gas stove/ electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle.

Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and password details will be provided in your arrival letter. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, therefore, please have a back-up plan.

Laundry: Includes top front loading washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.

Outdoor: Under cover outdoor area with seating, coffee table and gas BBQ. Brick paving and gravel courtyard area.
