Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and password details will be provided in your arrival letter. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. Therefore, if important, please have a back-up plan.

Laundry: Includes top loading washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board

Outdoor: Gas BBQ on South facing verandah, bar stools with outdoor TV plus outdoor dining setting. Western side has a day bed to relax on which looks across to Gulaga Mountain.

Shared common grassed lawn with downstairs apartment (not fully fenced)

Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in main living area, overhead fans in bedrooms.
Slow combustion wood heater in living area for the cooler months. Wood supplied

Access: Internal stairs to upstairs Apartment 1 - approx 20 steps

Parking: Shared car parking in driveway (suitable for one car only - space shared between apt 1 & apt. 2) easy on street parking also available. Garage is not available to guests.

Spacious, comfortable apartment with lovely views. Great wrap around verandah with plenty of seating. Comfortable beds, pillows and linen. Kitchen had everything one would need. Close walk to beach and shops.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Horseshoe Bay house. Everything is in walking distance yet the street is nice and quiet with some ocean views in the background. The fit-out is modern yet homely and the fireplace made even the rainy days an enjoyable experience. We will come again.

We wanted a spacious, stylish and comfortable getaway from our hectic lives. We wanted views, easy access and nothing to worry about. We got all of that and more. In late November 2020 we stayed upstairs at Horseshoe Bay House.Plenty of space, all quite luxurious and thoughtfully designed to give us just what we needed. Walking distance from the shops, the pub, the beauty salon and restaurants. Nothing went wrong, and we had everything we needed to unwind and enjoy some downtime. There is a BBQ out the back, a huge verandah on three sides, 270 degree view including two different water views. It was very reasonable price-wise.We will be heading down to Bermagui again, and staying here, for sure. Highly recommended.
