You're only a short drive (1.7km) to Bermagui's main street, supermarket and Bermagui Hotel where you can enjoy lunch overlooking Horseshoe Bay. Tastefully decorated, over 2 levels and with a well-equipped kitchen this townhouse is the perfect place to unwind and is ideal for a larger family or small group.

Stairlift: This property has a stairlift for those who need assistance with stairs. Please note if you need to access the stairlift you must request usage upon making your booking. If not requested the remote control will be unavailable. Maximum capacity 110kg. Any damages will be payable by the guest.

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed with Flat screen TV - downstairs

Bedroom 3 - 1 x Tribunk & 1 x set Bunks, open plan shelving with Flat Screen TV with inbuilt DVD player- located downstairs

Linen: Not supplied. Doonas with covers and pillows with protectors are supplied. You will need to bring sheets, pillowcases, bath and hand towels and bathmat. Alternatively local linen hire can be arranged if desired. Please contact office for details.

The basics were all provided, however, it’s looking in need of a facelift. There was a strong smell of mould throughout the house, in particularly downstairs. Fortunately it wasn’t overly hot as there is only 1 aircon unit in the lounge that doesn’t cool any bedrooms. The carpets were obviously recently cleaned but still were stained and stretched. The upstairs bed is ridiculously uncomfortable, waking each morning with back pain. It did the job but not flash

Rusty baking tray.no oven gloves. Main bed mattress needs replacing. Fly screen in main bedroom keeps coming off. Lounge chairs have seen better days.bottom toilet keeps getting stuck on.tv reception poor.tecknition helped with temp indoor aerial.

An older property but recently refurbished with quality accessories. Very comfortable, good views especially at night time with lights of Fishermens Wharf and the bridge. Location very good with walks from front door and shops around the corner. A most enjoyable stay and would stay here again. Excellent service from Julie Rutherford Real Estate.
